Default $35 RE180pl ryobi missing but and collet

Hello! I am considering buying a Ryobi RE180-pl1 plunge router for $35 but it is missing the nut and collet (1/2"). My question is that would there happen to be another brand of collet assembly I could use with this router that isn't expensive and readily available?
The closest OEM is about $85 dollars, and elaire corp in Ohio didn't shine any light on the matter for me. eBay is going for the same price just about.
This will be my first router, so I'm just looking to play around with it and familarize myself with handling a router.
I'm getting it from a pawn shop and they have other routers that are stationary type, whereas this was the only plunge type they had.
Also if it helps I'm located in Nevada so we have all the regular big block stores.

Thanks for your time!

Ben, it shows available here...

Collet Assembly (1/2 In.) [300627004] for Ryobi Power Tool | eReplacement Parts

Not sure I'd put that much in a used Ryobi 2hp router, though. Better deals to be had!

I have found that hand tools are the best choice when I want to make mistakes at a slower rate of speed.

I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.

Dang! Those replacement parts are expensive. I am going out in the shop to give mine a hug right now!

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

Yeah that's what I figured, the replacement is more than the whole tool! Thanks gentlemen!
