Seriously I'm not the sharpest tool in the shop and have purchased those books before , well for photoshop . It's funny as now I look back and laugh and can't believe I needed them , but at the time I was a bit intimidated by that program .

On Mikes pic the Festool router on the cover was the dead giveaway , because only the elite use that brand .
If it had been an actual addition they would have had a craftsman or a dewalt router on the cover
Plus I had googled Wood routers for dummies a few days ago and nothing came up

My tired eyes did not even notice the Festool Router in the photo.

We are laughing with you Rick, not at you.

If everyone was as smart as you, they would ALL own a Festool router!!!!

Just remember what my father always said, " Half the people in this world are below average!", and everything in life will make a hellova lot more sense.

Rainman was not a dummy but a savant, small but crucial difference, if you are going to use others to try and make a joke. My wife retired after a liftime of teaching your so called dummies. This is not being politicaly corrct; this is just a little kindness.

Have a good life - Baker

Only the elite use Festool??? I resemble that remark.

And, PC is more than thought control and less than a Festool.

And Mike.... thanks! This thread is pretty funny.
