Default Template question

I'm looking to install flush mounted heat registrars in an oak floors. Any suggestions on the best way to go about it

do you need to do a complete cut out???...
rebate for them???...
are the covers flush fit or drop ins???...

The holes in your floor will have to be extremely uniform to go flush. One of the jobs of the louvers you buy is to cover up the opening, as many of the openings are roughly cut out.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.

They come with a 2inch frame which u attach to the floor and the louvre drop into the frame and are removable

Rebate the frame. If it is Hardwood flooring , Carpet? Not needed.
