Default Configure DMZ

I have a greenpacket d350 router.
I want to allow a specific port (49585) in the firewall section. I don't know how to fill this section. When I put data it says " This is not a valid CIDR input"
I want to fill these sections :

SrcIP :
SrcPort :
DstIP :
DstPort :
Protocol :

Please help me.
