I like the round segmented bowl

How do you cut the outside on the other pieces?

Once I have the inside shape routed out, I scribe a line at 1/2" then cut as close as possible with the band saw, then use the Oscillating Spindle Sander
sander to finish the shape.

Just randomly looking through galleries and I found your project. Very cool idea! I might eventually try something like this!

Robert; up in the top left corner, in very small print, is the time and date of the last comment. You've dredged up some great old posts, but I fear the original poster has probably moved on.
No harm in revisiting them; there's some excellent projects in there!
