Default Jig for jig

Ok, here's my version of a jig for the Milescraft sign making kit/jig. I can easily mount the Milescraft jig on an angle to my stock and make multiple signs with same set up, and not have to realign every thing. And with just an easy change of my adjustable fence, I can go with wider or narrower sign stock. Worked pretty darn good on its inaugural run today. Waiting for some knobs to come in for my adjustable fence. I'm using hex bolts and a small crescent wrench to clamp the stock for now.

Also had some t-nuts made yesterday, that fit the short t-track pieces I got from Joe. I had a shop make the t-nut blanks, then I taped them 1/4-20 and counter sunk for flat head screws. Busy, busy day in the shop today!!

Thanks James. Sometimes I stumble upon an idea or two!

Yea Warren, one of these days we'll get it together and hang, or go shoppin' at the PMC. I've got to chill a bit on the shopping though. I've been spending like crazy. Just this week - 50 bucks on t-nut blanks I had made to use with the t-track pieces I bought from Joe here, for 32 bucks. I bought three cans of stencil paint yesterday, as well, from Grainger 24 bucks. And about 30 bucks on knobs (star, wing, etc) to also go with the t-tracks and t-nuts, to make jigs and stuff. Oh, and when I went to Home Depot today to get some flat head screws for the t-nuts, I bought a new attachment for my Dremel. The little mini-saw attachment, and a spare blade. 42 bucks. And again, this was all this week.
