Default slow router base on Leigh isoloc jig

Hi
I have a new router with a clear base. When used on a Leigh Isoloc template it is not as slippery as a router with a pertinax base. May i ask if there is anything I can do about moving this bigger mid sized router around the intricate curves of the template more easily ? Would talcum powder help.
regards
Peteroo

hold the talcum and use paste wax that does not have silicone in it..
furniture paste wax is a good bet...

This would have been the week that I'd have finished chewing thru the restraints...
If only new layers hadn't been added....

I wax both my router base and my Leigh D4R jig whenever I'm about to use it. I don't have isoloc, but would likely wax it too. My wax of choice
to this is Johnsons Paste Wax. I use it on everything that should slip, but won't in my wood shop, also on my cast iron tools.
