Default Help with Leigh Dovetail Jig

I have been practicing through dovetails. The shoulders of my tailboard tails are not square or parallel. At first I thought I was tipping the router during the cuts but I'm not. I then noticed that when I clamp the board to the jig, it tilts slightly away from the fingers. The tilt doesn't appear to be as significant as the difference between the front and back of the shoulder cut, but it's the only thing I can come up with as the potential cause. Any thoughts?

Welcome to the forum MSP. I don't have one so I can't comment but other members do and they say that Leigh has an excellent customer service department that will help you through any problems like this if our members aren't able. In the meantime how about editing your profile and add a name or nickname for us to refer to you by.
Roy Drake likes this.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.
