I have been posting summaries of the collective knowledge of the membership to serve as a library of knowledge for this forum. Each time I get my head around a topic I write a summary to ensure that I understand it. Learning is about the language of the discipline, how it is measured and how it is organized.

We have to consider as well that the older members of this forum won't be with us forever. By documenting their knowledge and experience we ensure that it isn't lost on their passing.

As a "thank you" and also to ensure that I have it right, I have been posting these summaries so that others may benefit. I recognize that this has been a bold assumption on my part but I thought it might help someone.

When last I posted such a summary, the above were your comments. When I saw these comments, I removed the summaries. There was no comment so I can only assume by your silence that they are not wanted. I will continue to make such summaries but for my personal use. There is no point in making information available to those who do not want it. After all, once you know it all, there is no point in learning any more.

There will always be people that will disagree with whatever you do. Why not do the knowledge base and perhaps rename it as knowledge arcive or something like that. Do it in adobe and ask Mark if he could set it up as a download. That way it could be updated and the folks that really cared could download it.
Just a thought
