Default There truly is no cure for stupid

I just finished reading this. The more stories I read like this, the more I believe that life as we know it is about to end. Californians Had Special Way to View the Eclipse... Now Hospitals Are Filling up

As a Californian, I can believe this. Sunscreen on your eyeballs? Of course. All you need is SPS 25,000 and you're set. You just can't fix, oh, you know.

Dangerous ground, Angie; politics are off limits at the Forum.
Keep in mind, the US had the draft back when most of the US members here were old enough to have been called up. A LOT of the members are Veterans who saw active service.
Tends to have a lifelong influence. Probably not an area you'd want to explore...
