With family- should be interesting with six grandkids under 11 years old. Got to remember the earplugs.
Fortunately all our kids and grandkids live here.

Yea happy Thanksgiving everyone. My daughter lives about 2 miles from us and her and her husband and 2 noaccount boys are coming here for dinner. They will want to watch football and I will head for the shop. I am not protesting pro football because I have never watched it. I am just not much on ball sports. I love to shoot rimfire guns and I like woodworking.

PS- I give the 2 grandsons a hard time.

We skipped out to eastern Oregon where a fine restaurant holds a very nice sit down dinner on a reservation basis. A great way to get out of all the hassles and invites. The rest of the week will be spent viewing the countryside , visiting the great vineyards and breweries in the area. To say nothing of the really great family run restaurants in the small communities in the area.

All the best to one and all.

Dunno yet, but understand there's a restaurant or two in the area that treats veterans to a free meal, may take them up on that. Or may just take my son and his 2 kids out and treat them to a meal.

I love to cook and bake. I will be making a Ham, Potatoes, Corn and some apple and cherry pies. My wife is the turkey turkaganus so she gets to cook da bird.
we all get together for a family breakfast at mom and dads. Picture 30 people in an 1190 sq ft house. lol It's insane but I love it. I'm just blessed to still have them
around. I hope you all have a great day tomorrow.

All our plans fell apart. We might indulge and have hanburgers, a rare treat. Daughter lives with a far left liberal who really stopped being around us the day after the election, so she's going to have dinner with her mother, my Ex. The rest of the family are scattered to the winds.

The more I do, the less I accomplish.
