Believe it or not, I wasn't really being sarcastic...well, only a little.
The guys from down under have, over the years, convinced me that their retail sector is way behind the times.
The (their) constant difficulty in acquiring stuff that we take for granted always surprises me.
Why would Bosch not be available in Oz??? It seems to be everywhere else...

Maybe it is because they are just starting or the Australian dollar but not too impressive as yet. Time will tell I suppose.

I like Amazon!! Getting older and not being able to get about like I use to makes Amazon a good thing. I can order most anything I need and get it in a couple of days. I also like Walmart's free grocery pickup. I order my groceries on line and pick them up the next day. My wife goes to the grocery most of the time but when she can't I do the Walmart thing.

Market mysteries..

One cannot get a Bosh somewhere, and elsewhere it' s hardly possible to see a Triton router.

Bosch certainly is available here in Australia. In 2000 I bought a GOF1300-ACE (which I didn't like so sold it after a few months), I also had a POF52 and still have a Bosch hammer drill.

I'd be happier with Amazon if Jeff Bezos would take his ham fisted self out of the one-time honorable profession of journalism. He has pretty much ruined the Post by turning it even further left.

Looks like Sams Club has taken a page out of Amazons book and is going totally Digital in Feb.
