Thumbs up Summers almost over.

The heat is bad enough but the humidity this year has been the worst in 35 years. May as well live in the tropics. Cant wait for some nice cold weather. Jamesjj

I can’t wait for summer, but I understand where your coming from , as I have major issues with heat . Probably much more than anyone else . I had my first close call with heat stroke last summer . Walking up a driveway and almost passed out . Was a very scary feeling ,and it was only in the high 80’s .
I wasn’t dehydrated in any way either , as I drink more water than most.

I worked in 104F weather in Nelson one year , and I would have much rather worked in neg 20

Rick & Brian, when I say "cold weather" I mean anywhere from 15 to 20C which you guys probably don't recognise as being cold. My late best buddy from Calgary told me it was so cold one day there he sat in front of the fridge with the door open to get warm.He couldn't talk because his "moath" was frozen. Now that's cold.

James,

Maybe you should visit Canada in the winter. It might just make appreciate the heat, unless you are like me, I hate the heat ! I'm a big guy and I do poorly in anything hotter than 20 C or 70F. And humidity sends me running to the air conditioned inside. Maybe after my Bariatric surgery I might appreciate the heat more if I loose 100lbs or more. We have had a long cold winter in Quebec and an abundance of snow, but I'm told Alberta was even worse.

I like winter. I have a bad habit of breathing several times a minute. Warm air holds more moisture and less oxygen.

Spring is crouched down in the blocks about to lunge into the dash to summer. Yeeeaaah, come on Spring!

I’m with you James that long string of 40°C + days did me this year along with the humidity.
