We have Netflix and Daughter has Hulu. I like both. We pay for Netflix, she pays for Hulu and we have each others' login. I don't like Amazon. Unless you have Prime, you get crap movies. We have Roku, which we downloaded the app on all three of the Roku's we have in the house (Living room and both bedrooms.) I prefer to use my Roku for my apps, rather than the television. As for loading issues, none to date. Unless you're having connection issues, that is. There have been times when I needed to refresh the wireless, because I was having buffering issues. Important if using wireless that you have a reliable connection. Ken is also all about nature shows and documentaries. You can get a load of them on YouTube too. That's where Ken's been getting them lately (narrated by Ken Burns and Peter Coyote)
