I'll get started on mine right away, Theo. If I paint it yellow, it'll look a lot like the '73 CJ5 that I had.

I actually have the manual, with all the plans in it, and it looks like a pretty easy build . But I just don't have space available to make one. Hmm, on the other hand, thinking about it, if I clear some stuff, I could make one in my front room. I'll have to think about that for a bit.

We will want pictures. Of the whole build. Can you start tomorrow?

Its no harder to make more than one, once each of the parts get made then its easy to make more of them exactly the same so this is a perfect opportunity to make 5 Beeps and then you can have Beep races. N

I’m wondering if coating the Baltic birch with fibreglass resin would help maintaining its water capabilities?
Would be a cool father son project .
