Palmer, ordering from a WW show means you save money over regular pricing. The sales rep at the show should of told you how long it would take to ship. If he gave you incorrect information then a quiet word to management would correct this. Most of the companies stand behind their products but everyone has the odd screw up. Give them a chance to make it right. If they don't, PM me about it. I have been highly successful at expediting problem orders. This is because when I ask, I am doing so as the voice of 25K members and the results get published.
