Default After dinner chat

Said to an old mate of mine I heard an old Hank Williams song on the radio this morning & he said What was it? So I told him "Kawliga the wooden Indian" He said I've never heard it,& I said yes you WOOD have.to which he said, I'm sure I haven't so, I said Oh yes you wood have,& got no response,He just palmed me off & I thought he was a frond of mine

Remember it from when I was a kid. It is on U-Tube, I can't seem to transfer it to this post.

The wooden Indian was real. It was in front of a store by Lake Martin in Alabama where Hank lived and where Hank used to go fishing. About Kowaliga | Dining on Lake Martin, Alabama

"Kawliga" himself was a big man, but his wife, a rarely seen persona, was just a little sliver of a thing.
