How do you spend Thanksgiving?

What are you most thankful for this year?

Eating and watching football at my son-in-law's house. Prefer the eating to football.
Thankful? Made it another year....so far!

We'll be going down the hill to my daughter in law's, Katie and Rick. Turkey always puts me to sleep, so I'll probably take a nap. My wife is mending a broken leg and is hoping to be more mobile by then. We'll take the dog down with us, but Kate's pack are all 5 times his size, so he'll probably nap with me, out of reach of the pack. It will be nice. Rick is the designated inheritor of my tools at this point. Football? I've lost interest. Didn't they settle that championship last year?

The more I do, the less I accomplish.

WE go to my mom's so she is not alone. We usually have ham or chicken because we don't like turkey. After we eat, we sit and chat for awhile, then give her hugs and head home. Pretty much the same for Christmas and for as long as I have her around.
