Question Tool manuals

Am I mistaken, or wasn't there a section for uploading/downloading tool manuals? I can't find it. And yet, I thought I uploaded some instructions this morning to a "PC Manuals" section but can no longer find it.

And stick comes through again! I found some manuals but can't remember the URL. Can't even remember what I just had for breakfast.

Knothead 47. You'll realize someday that Stick is not a human. It's an acronym for "Stuff That Isn't Common Knowledge" that is a front for a little 200 year old lady that lives high on a hill in Colorado in a cave lined with every book, pamphlet, circular and cave etching that was ever produced. Updated and edited regularly by who knows whom. Those who have sought her out mysteriously disappear. This I have been told by a source I cannot reveal. I believe her name is Prunella. Her picture is fitting.
