Default Going REALLY cordless

I watched the Woodwright feature on “manpowered” tools earlier today. Fascinating. Check out Barnes table saw on the web to find a number of sites discussing these old tools. The table saw was particularly interesting.

This may be old news to the forum and if so, I apologize for the duplicate. If not, enjoy.

If the Woodwright made more projects I am interested in I would watch the show more often. I pick up a manpowered/cordless tool every once in awhile - for using, not displaying. I am really going to have to take some pictures of the Craftsman mitre saw I got some years back. The only way you can actually tell it has been used is the back saw marks on the wood. probably worth a hundred or more to a collector, but it is not going anywhere any time soon, may just dump my electric one and just use the cordless model - certainly more accurate than the electric one. And got it for cheap, cheap, cheap.

Just found this on evilbay. $39.99 + $14.85 shipping. But no saw. Mine is similar, but does not have the curbed bottom, it also has the saw, and I paid a whole lot less for mine, just can't recall now what I paid.
