Organizing the new workshop, cut four signs, and got the party started on the screens for the two front doors on the workshop. Ken got a couple of electrical outlets put in, and painted the rusted legs on the craftsman stools I pulled from the curb in our neighborhood. All in all, a very productive weekend. Hope your weekend was a good one.

Spent all weekend ...and part of this morning assembling a laser engraver. Two hours max, they said. But, I'm old, slow and mechanically inept. However, it's now all together and off the kitchen table. And, lo and behold, no parts left over.

I spent most of it on the phone, discussing ideas on how to turn my shop into something workable.

Jumped ship from Rogers to Telus . Spent the whole weekend on the phone with Rogers ,Telus and Apple trying to get the Apple Watch on the Telus network. Now I’m spending a third day still trying to figure it out .
Would have been much easier to just take an $850 loss and order a new one and be done with it

I don't know anything about CNC router tables , but I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night

I spent the weekend waiting for "Barry" to arrive. I was lucky, just a little rain.

Other areas were not so lucky...

I have been through Hurricanes for over 50 years. I never faced one that I liked.

Waiting for the Barry deluge to begin and the rivers to rise. Fortunately, we're still waiting, dodged that bullet. One of the advantage of old age. You become bullet proof and invisible ... at least after a Jameson ... or two.
