Back at y'all from Otis,
Thank you for the recognition, but I don't know what I've done to deserve such an honor...
As many of you know, I keep several patents pending and I have several others that are keeping me busy - very busy...
As a matter-of-fact, I've recently hired a young man to assist me with my drafting for the Pocket Form Isolator product line...
He is already working-out to become a valuable asset to my "team". He knows a bit about 3d modeling in AutoCAD, and his basic knowledge will be easy to build on for upcoming projects. I am very excited about this and truly looking forward to a somewhat reduced workload for me.
In January of 2019 I hired a guy in Southern California, who claimed to be "very much in need of a good job". I've known him for 16+ years, but (honestly) I had reservations about whether or not he would have motivational problems - but, TRUE TO MY NATURE; I hired him and GAVE HIM A CHANCE. Unfortunately, he was a total flop!
About June or July, I contacted a retired sales manager for my business and asked if he knew of anyone "REALLY GOOD" that I might hire to be a sales rep. "Out West". A few days layer, my friend called me back and said, "I have found you a really good one". Well on August 1, that new guy began working "part time" between golfing and playing tennis and earned $16,200.00 in his first week! I called my retired sales manager and said, "Hey you should have warned me! - That new guy is amazing!"
Within one month, we're so covered-up with business all-over the country that I had to postpone hiring another good potential sales representative!
I hate to admit it, but I haven't picked-up any of my routers in several months, but NOW after THIS HONOR; you can bet that I'm going to try my best to make time to make some sawdust again!
Thanks so much Ladies and Gentlemen for this honor!
