Default Time for a Nap

Just got in from shopping at Harbor Freight. I got out of there for less that $100.00, only $97.56.

I was driving by and the car just seemed to drive in there park, and shut off. The only thing I could do was go in the store and let the car take a nap, while I browsed the isles. It seems they have added a lot more stuff. I picked up ,among other things one of those extendable magnet thingys that I use to find the nut off the table saw that seems to want to drop off into the abyss when I change blades.

Just saying,

Herb

I think that’s a good investment Herb and something I should buy someday . I know there’s a few times I could have used one

I carry that exact same magnet in my tool pouch!!! Worth every penny!! Not something that gets used regularly, but when you need it, you're damn glad you got it!

Nice item Herb, but not 97.56 worth. Come on now, fess up, what else did you buy?

The more I do, the less I accomplish.

I had one for a long time. Very handy. Then the magnet came off and got lost. Now I have a speaker magnet with a long cord on it. Works very well.

Awe you know the usual stuff you need around the shop, like several rolls of electrical tape,a couple of LED flashlights,2 of the telescoping magnets, package of wire ties, pack of glue brushes, nitrile gloves, some screw drivers, socket adapters, etc, small stuff like that and renewed my club card for a couple of years.

I stopped in the other day and picked up a couple of 36 in clamps. Told Sandra that, "you can never have too many clamps."
They were all of sale, down around 4 to 6 dollars each. The girl even gave me my Military discount without having to ask.

I call that magnet a table saw magnet because that's where it stays, upside down stuck to the table for those exact times when the blade needs changing, the nut falls down that too narrow a slot and my arms are simple (never were) long enough to comfortably reach the bottom to find the nut. Worth every penny I paid for it. Now mind you I don't drop that nut that often but once is enough to justify the buy. We just had one open in the city but I've not found the need to stop by yet and wandering the aisles is just looking for a reason to open the wallet and I don't need to do that right now.
