I have a Dell laptop, Spectrum (Charter) internet service and Firefox browser. I have two emails- one personal, one for "business." My "business" emails for the last couple of weeks have new emails buried out of sequence so I have to scroll down to find them. Plus the first email is Dec. 31st and the last one on the first email page is January 2nd. A Spectrum CSR spent a half hour trying different things to no avail. She gave me the phone number for Dell. I called them twice and had both a bad connection and a bad foreign accent. Consequently, I gave up as I couldn't understand them- voice garbled plus the accent (with all due respect to them).
The CSR did several things including clearing history, cache and cookies. Still nothing- this is when she gave me the Dell number.
Any help or direction is appreciated. Not a real problem but a pain to find emails. BTW, my other email is OK plus the email in question on my Samsung tablet is OK.
