Default Gotta keep the ticker ticking

It seems my heart takes a break every now and then, and stops for a short period. Found this out after my major open heart surgery in '05'. So, I'm getting a pacemaker Monday morning. An overnighter at U of M in Ann Arbor, and I'll be home Tuesday. Too bad the lumber run didn't pan out this weekend. Going to be a while before I'm hefting that stuff.

Thanks Bob and Harry. When it decides to miss a few beats, I get a bit light-headed. Dizzy in extreme cases. Not good when you're working with power tools or driving a car.

Hay Mike, you take care and do what the Doc says. I will be praying for your speedy recovery and quick return to your shop.

Sure hope all goes well Mike. Will make the lumber run another w/e for sure... and don't worry about hefting lumber. Someone there will carry the load for you.

Good Luck Mike, I had heart attacks in 2005 also, same type as you are talking about. I have the pacemaker, and it's also a defibulator. It is for sure an experience when it goes off. Woodnut65
