Default New Web Site. Comming Soon to Your Area

You might want to keep an eye on this new site. It is just now being put together and promises to be an excellent resource for all things woodworking. Nick Engler has been writing about and teaching woodworking for over 30 years so he really knows his stuff. Be sure to bookmark this site in your favorites and check it often. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Hay George, just got back, and it has been book marked and I would say it looks like a good site.

Looks like it's going to be great, George. Thanks for the heads up.

My instant reaction George was " now here is a guy who not only knows his subject, but just as importantly, knows how to present this knowledge in an easily understandable way"

As George probably knows, Nick Engler is the guy from ShopSmith and the ShopSmith Academy. And they have a good selection of videos to watch.

Home of Shopsmith National Woodworking Academy

The videos are pretty good (well, the production quality varies) and of course quite SS-centric.

Very true, Rob, although he is no longer with the ShopSmith company. He has also written over 50 books and countless magazine articles. Just recently he and a group of kids built an actual flying replica of the Kitty Hawk aircraft. If you would like to read some of his articles go here (Popular Woodworking web site) and do a search for Engler. The man is a prolific and masterful teacher on the subject of woodworking.
