A couple of days ago Peter suggested that when I post a photo shoot it would be a good idea if it included a zip file so that members who wished, could download all the photos. in one hit. Well, with the guidance of Bj, here is a second attempt, if it works, thanks go to my good mate Bob (BJ)

It works, can I suggest that you add a zero to the low numbers (1 to 9) so that the true order is maintained.

Many thanks for your comments O handsome one! Often when I post a photo shoot I show the completed item first so that viewers can see what the thread is all about, so that first shot will have the final number. Also when selecting the shots, I sometimes add some which may duplicate a number, so I add a letter a or b, also, I sometimes decide not to include some shots so there will be missing numbers. Do you feel Titus that this is a good or bad idea (the zip file).

Harry....good idea with your zip file...BUT....how do we see the photos by clicking on the forward/reverse buttons....it would save us going back to the file and individually opening each photo....OR...am I just getting lazy, ....Regards....AL....

Al,

If you save the.zip file instead of opening it, you can extract all the photos to any directory and then you can view in "filmstrip" mode ie fwd/rev buttons.

Hope that helps

I think this a very good idea.
The numbering is not so important, what is important is the order.
As JW stated if one downs load them to a directory and clicks on the first one (01) then the forward/reverse arrows can be used to scroll through the sequence in the correct order.

I know that the above is slightly wordy but I can't seem to phrase it better this morning.
