Talking Open Mouth Insert Foot

Well got the General Tool Easy jig I told Harry and others on skype that it should be so easy to use even a monkey could use. Well I tried it I guess the monkey won because I didn't do a successful dove tail joint yet even having watched the video twice. Good thing I have lots of scrap wood. Figured I share failures as well as my success's I'll get it one day .

You've renewed my faith in the "trial and error" method.

Gee, I thought that was what we called "experience." You know that intangible but much sought after commodity.

I would suspect it is ALL part of the experience itself....

Hi Glenn

I'm not a pro with the jig but maybe I can help, how about a picture of the error you are having, it is a very easy jig to setup and use..

Thanks guys figured I'd admit this one. I forgot to off set the other piece that was all. Nothing like poking fun at ones self. Figured I tell of my mistakes and have some fun having you poke fun at me. Zookie where are you I'm disappointed in you thought you would have been my biggest fan on this one. hahahaha
