Visual Routing
Here goes, don"t kick me out. Routers are great, handheld router work is a great feeling. Buy a router, make a dovetail. Sure, to try it you have to buy a template, a few to a lotta bucks. Why round router plates? Square or oblong give greater accuracy, and apply to jigs much more easily. Safely holding workpiece and supporting router for edge routing. M&T joints, should be able to gang cut the tenons. My name, Vizrout, means visual routing, cutting to the layout line rather than a lot of measuring and remeasuring.
