Default A small problem when making zip files

When I zip several photographs, the last one always appears first, surely it shouldn't be necessary for me to remember to click the first one last. Any ideas?

Put the pictures in a regular folder first then zip the entire folder instead of adding the photos directly to the zip file it should keep the order of photos in the folder that it started with.

Dont forget to live life for fear of death grasp each day and live it to it full otherwise it is pointless.

Paul, my recent new friend, I've attempted to do as you suggested, perhaps everyone will say if they could open the zip file.

Hi Harry

I was able to open the zip file, and view the pics - in the right order too.

Cool little stool - I just finished two folding camping stools with canvas tops - they're great. I like the idea of the end rounding jig - works well.

I plan on making a folding 'dining' table for future camping trips - might be able to borrow some ideas from your stools. I need to have a top that breaks into several pieces, and detaches from the legs - will try and nut that out. Also, I plan to make the legs adjustable (in height) as camp grounds are rarely level. I figured a slot with a fixed dowel and a wing nut might work well there.

Harry, I see you got around to making the little folding stool and as usual you did a bang up job. I too like your rounding jig. I made a similar one a while back from an idea by, of all people, BJ. The pics came out great, but where is picture #1?

They automatically list alphabetically. Using a leading zero for the single digit names (i.e. folding_stool_01 thru folding_stool_09) will make them appear in the correct order. Otherwise, folding_stool_10 thru folding_stool_19 will list before folding_stool_2 thru folding_stool_9.

I was able to open the zip file but the pictures were not in order.

That is strange Robert considering the other members posts. I WILL try the method you have suggested.
