Default Refurbishing a sign

Some time ago I routed a sign freehand and finished it with a heavy coat of fibreglass resin. Well, it didn't like our harsh West Australian summers. Here are a few shots showing it's refurbishment. I have also for the very first time, without assistance, produced a pdf of the original project!
