I have to upload 1 pic at a time. Doing multiples simply doesnt work.
Have you tried 1 at a time??

Being a prolific poster of photographs, I agree that posting one at a time is very time consuming. There are still members who don't realise that 20 photographs can be attached to each post. Keeping the file size down to about 600 x 450 is ideal.

Hi

The key is to let the forums software do all the work for you, just tell (select) the pictures you want to upload and tell it where the file(s) are on your hard drive ,it will find it and upload it for you..don't forget the file(s) can't be to big..274Kb max is a good size for most of them..

This one is = 42.37 KB (43,387 bytes)
1,037px 778px (scaled to 793px 595px)
see below ▼

Use the software below to resize your pictures on the fly.

Hi

Try the one below, it will do all the work for you and give you a url to post.
TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

like below
http://tinypic.com/r/12304n8/5

OR

http://i39.tinypic.com/12304n8.jpg

Or
I pulled the IMG command out of the file below so you can see what it looks like..the IMG command will put the picture right into your post by default...like below..
Hope this helps

Photo-Freeware.net - BDSizer Download Try going to this site and down load the bd sizer. It's free you know cheep ole. Once you have cut your photos down to size they might go through for you.

Soon here I was thinking of making "How-to" videos for the forum. Like How-to post, How-to use attachments etc...

In the meantime, you can checkout this here; Beginners Guide to RouterForums.com

Hopefully that helps. If that doesn't help you solve it, I'd suggest you use the image hosting service Bob suggested above

Hi Warren

Just a add on note, you can use your video/ or your video dig. cam. and Tinypic will let you upload them also.

You know what they say a pictures if worth 1000 words how about 100000 words in a small video..they will also give you a URL to post it and to view it on line.

Here's a short video so you can see how it works

View My Video

THE DOWN FALL WITH VIDEOS THEY ARE BIG FILES, THE ONE ABOVE IS 35mb..MOV file ,that's a 5 min.upload the norm..if not more.
