Default Capture packets in router

Hi,
I have a problem that I need to capture packets in my Juniper SSG5 router so that I can check how many TCP connections established via that router.
I already got the solution how to enable log in the router to capture full traffic in the router but its showing only the "RST" packet packet and the connection "creation" packet.
But I need to know that whether my TCP SYN packet from the router successfully sent or not...
Any help will be appreciated...
