Nice card, Dave. I agree wholeheartedly. If it wasn't for the veterans there would be no free America. Although, I fear, we are loosing it from within.

Real nice card George. I give these out to all vets I see and thank them for their service.
The man (Richard Glasgow) who has these cards printed, will send you as many as you want "FREE." He wants all vets to have a card. I do send him a donation for the cards tho. I have heard some great stories when I give out these cards. Bless all our vets, and active service members

In Australia we call the 11th of the 11th, Armistice Day, and at the 11th minute of the 11th hour we pause and remember, this year I lost both of my Uncles who served, One was the third last still living survivor in NSW of the prisoners of Japan held in Burma and considering that he was so weak that he was given just 6 months to live when he did return then he did OK to get to 86, he went to Singapore just weeks before it fell and was in Changi before he was taken to what the Japanese called "The Land of Milk and Honey" and he wrote a book with that Title and he had a family and tried to forget, the other, One whose name I carry, fought through the Pacific War and was in the Occupation forces in Japan and he was never the same, Cards and words never seem to be enough for the loss of their youth and their peace of mind, lives that could have been happy and peaceful but never was happy. I always think the best of Dick and George. Neville

Thanks Dave. As a Vietnam Era Veteran I appreciate any kind words to all veterans. I just wish it had been that way during my time in the service. I am glad that the US now appreciates what our active duty soldiers and veterans are doing for our country.

Thumbs up

Americans.....should stand together as ONE, and demand that our soldiers be brought home from 600-900+ bases, and stop fighting and getting killed---for Millionaire politicians, and Billionaire corporations.

IMHO.

Stand together, for once.
