Wink I have been quiet.....

lately for two reasons....

1. SHMBO has had a pin/nail inserted in a stress fracture in her leg. And as she is walking on crutches, I have been delegated all the housework [ cooking, vacuuming, washing, ironing, etc., etc.]

2. My previous employer wanted me to go back to work 3 days a week to help sort out some old issues. (good rate of pay).....

Not looking for sympathy, empathy or any other pathy. Just wanted to make sure I did not seem a bit short and upset any one.....

You've assured yourself a place in heaven James.

Best wishes for Mrs. James' speedy recovery. (So, any idea who caused the stress? )

Dan, that would be from Maree booting James in the backside.

James, be sure to post the photo of you wearing the apron...

Does the missus complain about the glow from your halo keeping her up at night? You must be busy, you don't realize just how much work all the housework is until you have to do yourself. I hope Maree makes a speedy recovery.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.

Thanks, Dan. I will let her know.

She had the fracture for some years but was not aware.

So the moral of the story is, when she wants to rest from walking around New York Detroit etc. Do not complain about her being slow.....VBG

You certainly sound as if you have a full plate of late James.. Pace yourself and most importantly take good care of the Maree.
