Default Computer keyboards

who is getting at least some wear and tear out of their keyboards???
I've about had it with Logitech... 2/3 months and the failures begin...

This would have been the week that I'd have finished chewing thru the restraints...
If only new layers hadn't been added....

I've always used Microsoft k/bds. The current one is about 7 years old and still the keys keep springing back. Although the aluminium finish on it has worn out to some degree showing the white plastic underneath

Mine is from "Dick Smith", an electronics retailer here in Australia.

It is an obvious cheap Chinese clone and has lasted for some years without any trouble...

I resurrected it from the scrap pile after I decided to purchase a new PC tower.

Logitech is a decent brand. I've used their wireless mouse for 2 years without issue but have a Microsoft keyboard. I think it's about 8 years old and never had a problem. I'd go to Logitech website/contract us and complain. Can't hurt.

May the grain be ever in your favor.

My keyboards and mice have always been Logitech, without problems. I agree with Berry on giving Logitech a chance to make it right.
What is the problem with yours, Stick? ('Sticky' keys? )

Home computer--Logitech, probably 5 or 6 years old, no problems.
Office computer--basic Dell (included with an old Optiplex--2 computers ago), got to be 6+ years old, no problems. Probably gets 4 hours/day or more of intense beating.

Both have seen plenty of dust and cookie crumbs--no liquids though.

I had to get a new keyboard awhile back. Went to WallyWorld, found one for about $18, got it, and no problems with it. If I need another, I'll likely do the same again.
