I have extreme difficulty navigating through this forum. I don't understand many of the terms, e.g...."exactly what is a thread"?
I assume help is available but at the moment I just don't where/how to look. Is there any type of induction that comes with membership. I am not stupid but would appreciate the opportunity to ask "someone" when faced with something I cannot understand. Do members communicate between each other as individuals or could I put out a request for a "special friend" to help me through this process of becoming comfortable with the Forum and how it works?

Well, your first post on this subject is the first post in a thread. And this is my post to your thread.

The hard part is not knowing what you don't know.......

Ask any question in the lobby if you are not sure, we can transfer it to the right spot to get you an answer....

PS always start on the "home page" so you can see the way the forum is set out...

I don't mind if other members disagree with my comments.
