Default Anyone else have issues with MSG's

Guys and gals I hate the dam stuff , mono sodium glutamate ! Thankfully I don't have as bad a problem as my mother had , as she ate very little and the poor woman had incredibly bad migraines for days .
I have a different issue , besides making me more regular than I want to be , it keeps me up at night . To explain how bad it effects me it would be very similar to drinking a pot of coffee before you go to bed . I usually fall asleep about 5 minutes before the dam alarm goes off in the morning .

I have to look at all the products in the grocery store and read there labels to see whether or not it's got that crap , or else I pay with no sleep .
I wish they'd outlaw the dam stuff ! And it's getting worse as now there hiding the name msg with numerous other ones in order to disguise it .
I had hamburgers at Burger King and couldn't sleep for a few days till I put two and two together as they must have some in there burgers somewhere .
Of course most Chinese restaurants are out .
I have ichiban soup and hamburger helper in my cupboard but reserve that for weekends as I can sleep in all day if necessary .
I hate standing in stores reading the ingredients all the time . To boot Campbell's has put the ingredients on the red part of the can so you can hardly read it . Thankfully they come out with a new line of soups called healthy choice , as they have no MSG's .

Anyone else have issues with MSG's , as I know some people are not effected by them at all

Default Nothing to do with woodwork

This has absolutely nothing to do with routing or even the broader field of general woodwork. Isn't this forum moderated?:

Denis...

The forum is indeed moderated. This thread was posted in the lobby. In the lobby members are free to discuss anything that may be on their mind. Including MSG's. With the exception of "Politics" and "Religion" the lobby is wide open to any discussions. This is the 2nd time this has been explained. If you have any further questions I'll be happy to try and explain it further for you...
Here is how the "Lobby" is described on the main page:
Lobby:
The place to chat about whatever suits your fancy. This could be the electric dog polisher you just bought, the weather, anything goes (within the limits of good taste).

Thanks for your concern and participation...

If sleep is deprived, it becomes a safety issue.
All safety issues have a wide net.

I don't consider myself RainMan for nothing lol . Ralph it took me two years to find the "times" symbol .
I was wondering how the heck others were posting "X2" as I couldn't find the times symbol on my keyboards anywhere ?
I finally had this epiphany and realized there using the letter X lol

RainMan1, or can I just call you Rain? Or Mr. 1?

The "X" isn't the times symbol. Here is the real one. X

I had a hard time finding it, too.
