Sounds like they need to do a recall, someone could mistake that bottle for something else like eye drops.

Yes they do need to put the label on the vial.
I heard, on the Graham Norton show (BBC America) a guest who was charged with putting eyedrops in a friend's eyes, and he grabbed a vial without reading the label and put in the drops. It turned out he had grabbed a vial of some cyanoacrylate glue. it required a trip to the ER and surgical removal!

Geez, Tom; don't get me started on the microscopic fine print, or those useless shiny foil labels which make it virtually impossible to read the instructions!
There's a special place in Hell for those moronic graphic designers who feel that it's waaay more important to have a glitzy package then to actually make the instructions legible.
If we don't complain to the manufacturers, loud and long, then we're as culpable.

I'm completely with you on this one, Dan. I do think however we could do some common sense things such as keeping glues and eye drops in different places.
