Default I Need Help With The Forum

I am not under standing how to clear my PM folder. It shows 0, and 77 unread. I want to delete the unread ones. I don't know why it shows them as unread, I have read them. I open them click on select all, then delete and they won't go away.

I know that it is operator error, but I have not taken the computer course yet on how to navigate the forum so I don't know what to do. I know that I aound like I'm being a bit sarcastic, I am just a bit frustrated with my own ignorance and am asking for help and bit embarrasses that I need to.

Jerry... If you want to just empty your folder completely.

In the "Folder controls" box that shows you the number of PM's. there is a "empty folder" option. if you click on that, it will empty your folder COMPLETELY.. You can do this for both the "inbox" and the "sent" folders.

I think that is what I did, but it still shows 78 unread, that is what is confusing me, I'll try again. The number 100 did revert to 0 when I clicked on empty the folder.

At the top of the page when I open the site it says next to Private Messages, Unread 0, 78. I'm don't understand what the 78 means and how to zero it out.
