Is it true that a last minute rush by hundreds if not thousands of competition entries caused the major crash?

Thanks for you're kind remarks Corey, I don't know about you but the forum came back on line just as withdrawal symptoms were starting to kick in. Why do you think that so few members entered projects to the competition, or for that matter join in what is a really fun forum with the bonus that we all learn new techniques or simply refresh our memories.

Long story short, two innocent customer support representatives for both our server and our "vbseo" got the biggest verbal beating by yours truly.

Edit: A huge thanks goes out to Brett of DarkStar Communications and Nobis Technology Group for repairing the VBSEO script. Thanks a bunch!!!!!!

I think Harry had something to do with the down time to somehow give him an advantage in the contest

Hi Ya, Doyle here; FINELY!
I figured that the electric bill was not paid, or I entered a bad post and was disconnected.
Take care.

I thought it was because there was such a rush to buy the NEW Series 5 DVD that Oak Park just made available!

Just after I bought mine, it wasn't long and the site was down!

Sounded logical to me... No?

Have Fun,

Yes it was very frustrating

I didn't figure it out my friend Brett fixed it and got it up and running.

VBSEO Optimizes the URLs of the forums so that it is more Search Engine Friendly, which in return will bring us more visitors and more new members. Works great, when it isn't broken!!
