Thanks guys , we all have our problems. I shouldn’t have done squats ,as I made the tear worse from what I can tell. Hopefully it doesn’t make the procedure more of a hassle.
The surgeon is going to freak out on me. I met him years ago and told me to lose weight,so I gained another 30 lol.
Just hate being weak all the time ,so it’s been a challenge. I mentioned before that with a blood sugar of 3.4 mmol , which equates to 82 for the other scale , I am literally on the couch and can’t move .
Those blood sugar levels are considered a fast , but my arms go numb and I can barely move when I hit that level , especially if I haven’t drank alcohol for several months .
So it makes it hard to hit a calorie deficit

I donít always insulate , but when I do .
Ok ,I never insulate

Just wondering, Rick, do you wash your hands 50 times a day? Do you stand on a chair if you see a mouse? Just wondering.

You'll be fine. Horror stories don't happen to everyone.

Keep a positive mindframe - you've got insulation to do and a CNC to put together yet. Still looking forward to the next adventures of Rick!

Not that bad yet

Hand washing is a good topic though . When I was 7 years old in the Chinook Mall in Calgary, my father stood outside the bathroom door while I went in for a pee.
Well I could hear this guy taking a dump in a stall , and he proceeded to get up and walk out without washing his hands .
In those day’s you had to pull the handle to get out , now adays theirs no doors .

So I grabbed a piece of paper towel to grab the door handle with ,as I was grossed out at the prospect of what was on that handle .
Every day since then I have used a piece of paper towel to get out of a washroom , and left it laying by the door.
I noticed about ten years ago others were following suit and doing the same, so most establishments started putting waste baskets by the doors .
Ive been doing it since 1969 though. Maybe the first one to ever do so ?

I sometimes think, if I'd not popped the question 54 years ago would life have been different? My wife says that's the problem, I sometimes think.

But yeh on the door-handle thing.
