Default Puzzle Chair

I've seen a few inquiries for a quick, one day easy project for the kids. Here's one I've had lots of luck with. I can easily do one a day, most should be able to do two or three a day. The kids love to take them apart and put them back togrther again. the small key in the back holds it together. Usually when the little girls out grow them they pass them off to the dolls and teddy bears.

The overall height is 18" - seat width between arms is 10 1/2" - seat height from the floor is 10" - depth of seat is 10" - Length of rockers is 19"

This one is made with 1/2" AB plywood (can't get any decent AB anymore) I've made them with Baltic Birch and painted them, but the two lumber yard in my hometown quit carrying BB, they say it's two expense. They'll order a 5x5x3/4 and will sell it to me for 73.50 - 1/2 is 65.00. Now I use 1/2" oak plywood - I can get 4 out of sheet. I usually make a half of dozen extra keys with each chair, the kids have a tendency to lose them.
