Default Christmas Weather Report

I'm always intrigued by how different the weather can be in different parts of the US, not to mention other parts of the globe. It's unseasonably warm in Mississippi today; 78 F and 100% humidity. We have had AC on for the last couple of days. Seven people killed by tornadoes in North Mississippi Wednesday. What's the weather doing in your neck of the woods?

MERRY CHRISTMAS! Whatever your weather may be.

“We should be careful to get out of an experience only the wisdom that is in it and stop there lest we be like the cat that sits down on a hot stove lid. She will never sit down on a hot stove lid again and that is well but also she will never sit down on a cold one anymore.” - Mark Twain

We're seasonal here in the west but to the east there golfing in Toronto with record highs. It's all about that jet stream . I'm glad we've got some snow this year however , as last year was a terrible season for our ski hills . They should be doing very well this time as tourists from the US take advantage of our low dollar

I don’t always insulate , but when I do .
Ok ,I never insulate

50 in Detroit - - rained a little the last couple of days - should have been snow. Saw a dandelion the other day. Some trees even have buds on them. May be a screwed up year come sring.

A week ago in St. Catharines, Ontario (10 miles from me) we had 21° C (70 F) - broke the record held since 1901.
Yesterday saw a guy golfing in shorts.
Currently it's 48° F. Unusually warm for this time of year we're a few degrees below zero.

Not complaining cause I had my fill of snow in winter in my youth.

Some folks call me Vince - other folks call me...........

82 north of Houston today. It will easily be the new record high.

-15C tonight which is around 5F. My brother is in Alabama and been under tornado watch in the last 24 hrs with flooding going on and some reports of roads washing out.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.
