Default Cutting width charts for v-groove bits

In starting to learn lettering, I thought it might be helpful to be able to know how wide a cut would be made by 45 and 60 degree v-groove bits at various cut depths.

There's probably already some charts or calculators out in them internets, but just for practice, I drew up a couple in sketchup. These are for 45 and 60 degree. I started on one for an 11 degree bit, but I couldn't get sketchup set fine enough to give accurate measurements at that angle. The point is probably pointless anyway, because anything over a tiny bit of cut depth will snap the tip off the 11 degree bit anyway. The charts are attached below.

Good chart Jim, thanks.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.

A handy reference chart. Thanks Jim.
