Default MIL Update

Ma's surgery went well. We still don't have the results from the pathology, so we sit and wait. She will have to have chemo and radiation, and there are a total of three spots; the worst one has been operated on: her spine. That will get radiation soon as she's healed and out of rehab. The other two spots are in the hip socket, and on the sternum. The one on the sternum will probably get eradicated by the chemo, as it's a lesion. the one in the hip bone is a hole, which may be able to be drilled and filled, or a hip replacement will have to be done. The characteristics show that it's Myeloma, so that's what I'm going to state that it is; which does very well with chemo and radiation.

Thank you for all the well wishes, and prayers. If I can impose on yous guys (sorry, had to do it... being in NY, it's how Ken's aunt talks. I get a kick out of it every time ) please continue to include her in your prayers.

Many thanks, and hugs to all

Went through chemo and radiation for my throat about 7-8 years ago. Cancer is long gone. My best for a good outcome for your mom.
