Default Unbridled Joy

I've had a good life . . .
I've been very blessed. My cup has always remained more than half-full, and lately, I've felt that it overflows. But if I ever felt so exuberant, so ecstatic, such unbridled joy, I've forgotten the moment. Sigh . . . Maybe I can come back next time as a dog.

“We should be careful to get out of an experience only the wisdom that is in it and stop there lest we be like the cat that sits down on a hot stove lid. She will never sit down on a hot stove lid again and that is well but also she will never sit down on a cold one anymore.” - Mark Twain

cool critters....

I'd like to come back as my dog...

This would have been the week that I'd have finished chewing thru the restraints...
If only new layers hadn't been added....

There is a great deal of joy in those photos. A lucky guy.
