  • Woodworker Information
    A few details about myself.
    electrotechnic and electronics studies
assisting engineer on electronic projects like early robotics,
worked on automatisms, weight measure, radiocoms gsm,
    RF instrumentation and more.

Did some electronic design and some mechanical too.
With paper, HP calculator and pencil, then later with computers.

Being a bit bored of all that stuff...

I stopped and later became a teatcher for french national education.
Liked the job but not my boss , i stopped again.

Now simple things are my cup of tea, like gardening , vegetable growing, painting,
fishing, digital photography, a bit of painting, and of course woodworking !

Some Japanese do a great job (Not only cameras), the japanese joinery is fascinating.
I carve stones, dig soil, grow vegetables, re-build my house, paint, fish around, repair things,
(when its still at a human scale), try to keep aware of what is goin on: like human excessive
use of our planet, try not to use too much energy and then repair and run my old alfa-romeo.
    Favorite Router
Metabo, but only for the 80mm plunge capability and good motor, its not accurate.
Not many routers can go for big mortice.
(I got finetools from Metabo,in the past, but can be very critical with this recent one.)

My dream would be festool 1400 at now.For good accuracy , perfect accessories and less weight.(tested it in a friendly place)

Or maybee Dewalt 621 but want to see it first.
