Default PC 690lrvs power loss

Hey, new to this forum. I bought a used PC 690LRVS, I've used it a few times and had no issues. I was using it and the power dropped by maybe half. Not sure if its the speed controller or if it could be something else. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Default PC 690LRVS power loss

Hey there I'm new to this forum and have a question for you all.

I bought a used PC690LRVS worked great until last night. I was using it and its power dropped by half?????
Most of what I've found on line points to the Speed control module??? Can anyone confirm this or have any other ideas of what it might be.

Welcome to the forum BMan, you didn't accidentally bump the speed control switch while you were routing?
Just saying,

Speed drop is usually one of two things I think, either speed controller or brushes. I would start with the brushes as they are the cheapest fix.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.
