Default New Member Introduction

Hi All
I am very new to these projects. My background is Electronics, however, the last 25 years of my working life involved building, designing, commissioning and eventually managing a deep tank fermentation business used for agricultural inputs.
I am retired and due to the Corona Virus restrictions cannot travel as I would like, so to keep myself occupied I decided to build my own CNC Router. I used the Tops CNC Heavy instructions and using a Ender 3 Pro 3D Printer to print the components along with an Arduino Controller connected to a dedicated Laptop for control. So far I have produced some door plaques for my grandchildren and a couple of other minor projects. I live in Wodonga, Victoria Australia.
Cheers
Joe

Welcome to the forum, Joe! Add your first name to your profile to clear the N/a in the side panel and add your location to your profile, as well.

We do like photos so show us your shop, tools, projects, etc. whenever you're ready. What sort of woodworking are you planning or doing with the CNC? Build threads with lots of photos are popular, btw.

Glad you decided to join the fun. I suggest you post in the CNC forum section where the CNC folks hang out.
